American Indian Community Council (AICC) is an independent 501(c)3 non-profit organization which was established in 1998 and serves as a centralized hub for resource to the Los Angeles County American Indian/Alaska Native Community. Based on the 2010 Census, Los Angeles County has the largest concentration of American Indians in the United States. Promoting and supporting health and wellness, AICC collaborates with The Episcopal Church of Echo Park,  Indian Health Services and Seven Generations of United American Indian Involvement (UAII) which has served the Native American community of Los Angeles for over 40 years. AICC recruited, funded and promoted health, wellness, and community involvement by co-sponsoring/supporting Health and Wellness Fairs, the Los Angeles Marathon, Mental Health Awareness May, annual Family Picnic/mini-Pow-wows, and events celebrating Native American month each November.
