The mission of the American Indian Community Council is to strengthen the overall wellness of the Los Angeles American Indian children, families, and community through leadership development, community organizing, self-determination, and cultural values. The AICC wants to improve the quality of life for those identifying as Native Americans in Los Angeles County. It is through developing leaders of all ages, raising the visibility of the American Indian population in LA, and partnering with like-minded organizations to support policy change efforts, that the AICC strives to make lasting positive change for the local community.
